The Belmont Complex is a recreational facility owned by Armstrong County. The Complex is centrally located in the County and easily accessible from Routes 422, 28, 268 and 66. It offers an Olympic-size outdoor swimming pool with a 150' water slide and an indoor seasonal ice skating rink and arena.

Directions to the Complex
The Belmont Complex is located at 415 Butler Road in West Kittanning, behind the Quality Inn Hotel.
From the North
- Take I-79 South to the Butler exit and follow Route 422 East for approximately 30 miles to Kittanning
- Take the West Kittanning 268 and 422 East Business exit and go past the Franklin Village Mall and Hilltop Plaza
- At the bottom of the hill, make a left at the Y intersection and continue past the Quality Inn and F & M Bank parking lot on your left
- Turn left immediately after the parking lot at the Belmont Complex sign
From the South
- Take Route 28 North to the Butler 422 West exit (exit 19) after the West Kittanning and Belmont Complex sign
- Go around the loop and stay in the right lane, exiting onto 268 West Kittanning
- Continue straight past the Franklin Village Mall (McDonalds) and the Hilltop Plaza
- At the bottom of the hill, make a left at the Y intersection, continue past the Quality Inn and F & M Bank parking lot on your left
- Turn left immediately after the parking lot at the Belmont Complex Sign
