The Armstrong County Jail, which opened in August of 2003, has a capacity of 158 inmates. The facility grants a safe environment to the Armstrong County community by providing the care and control of the jail's residents.

Visits and Accounts
  
IC Solutions – To set up visits you must go to www.icsolutions.com from any internet enabled device and register. Visitor registration is mandatory. All visitors must register(at no cost) in order to participate in the visitation session with an inmate at the facility or online.
Then the visitors (after registration) may then schedule their visits online with individuals at the Armstrong County Jail. If you do not have access to the internet, you may come into the Armstrong County Jail and register and schedule online in the Lobby.
 
Access SecurePak – Family or Friend’s may place orders for secure packs online at pacountypackages.com or by calling 1.800.546.6283. Family or Friend’s may spend up to $80 per quarter on a wide variety of food, hygiene & clothing!
 
Access Corrections- To send money to your Family or Friend’s while they are in the Armstrong County Jail by going online at accesscorrections.com or by calling 866.345.1884 (Live billing agents are available). There is also a kiosk in the Lobby of the Armstrong County Jail if you would like to come into the facility to place money on your loved ones account. The Kiosk does accept Visa/MasterCard or cash with the exceptions of one dollar bills. (handling fees are noted in the lobby for using the kiosk and are based on the deposit amount)
