The Mapping Department handles all deed transfers and placement of subdivisions on maps for tax purposes. The Mapping Department is currently using GIS format for mapping.
ATTENTION: Prior to recording, any and all proposed deed splits or combination deeds must be submitted for review to the Armstrong County Mapping Department in order to obtain a new Tax Map Parcel Number. Proposed deeds must be submitted via e-mail to
We do not have a GIS viewer online. GIS maps are available for viewing in office only. GIS data can be purchased by e-mailing a completed GIS data request form to our GIS Consultant, Jesse McCullough. The GIS data request form can be found on the GIS tab of this website.
